Chicago Chef Week begins on March 18th and runs through March 23rd. During the week, restaurants all over Chicago offer special lunch and dinner menus. A number of the participating restaurants are near and dear to Lincoln Park 2550’s spectacular location, but North Pond, is especially close. Lincoln Park 2550 overlooks the North Pond in Lincoln Park from which this restaurant gets its name. Built in 1912, the structure that houses North Pond Restaurant was originally the warming shelter for ice skaters. Today, the beautifully redesigned Arts and Crafts space is home to award-winning chef, Bruce Sherman. His culinary expertise and creativity is extraordinary and should not be missed.
